Local products in the spotlight

All products come from producers in the Centre-Val de Loire region, chosen by our chef: rillettes from Tours, PDO goat cheeses, rillons, nougat from Tours and macaroons from Amboise... Wines are carefully selected from the Touraine, Vouvray and Chinon appellations.

Starting points and seasonality

Take-offs are mainly from Amboise (parking des Mini-Châteaux). Flights are offered from April to October, during the most stable periods: sunset. For other departure points, please contact us for a customized quote.
