Tandem jump conditions and practical information

Practical information

-The jump takes place from the Neuvy le Roi heliport north of Tours.

-Unauthorized companion on board

-Children aged 16 and over (with parental consent)

- Casual dress (jeans, sneakers, sweatshirt) is preferable.

Weather

As the jump is highly dependent on weather conditions, you should plan to spend half a day or a full day on it, as the time given is indicative.

The tandem pilot in charge of your jump may decide to postpone or cancel it at any time for safety reasons.

Health

Don't come hungry, but eat light, and don't consume alcohol or illegal substances.

The jumper must be in good physical condition, have had no recent accident, not be undergoing any medical treatment, and not suffer from any problems of the lower limbs, spine, heart, ENT, loss of consciousness or epilepsy. On the day of the jump, you must not have been scuba diving for 24 hours.

If in doubt, or if you have a medical history, you should have a medical check-up to ensure that a tandem skydive is feasible. Tandem skydiving, like all activities, can involve physical risks. Although not compulsory, a medical examination is recommended.
