Your responsibilities:
1. Business Development and Customer Relations
Individual customers:
- Achieve and exceed the sales targets set by management.
- Advise and assist our customers, whether by phone or in-store, to guide them toward making a purchase.
- Manage orders efficiently and rigorously.
- Process requests received by email and provide personalized quotes, followed by follow-ups.
- Represent the company at trade shows, fairs, and other events to strengthen our market presence.
Expansion and Loyalty:
- Create and sell innovative packages that meet our customers' expectations.
- Develop and retain a diverse customer base, while exploring promising new markets.
2. Administrative and Financial Management
- Establish and monitor billing for orders and transactions.
- Ensure that monitoring dashboards and commercial documents are updated regularly for optimal management.
3. Operational Support
- Provide high-quality ground assistance, particularly when accompanying groups, to ensure an impeccable customer experience.
Required skills:
- Proficiency in sales techniques and computer tools (EBP, Microsoft).
- A good level of English is necessary to succeed in this position.

Specific requirements:
- Availability to work two Saturdays per month.
